Provide the date your current TRAQ qualification expires. You must attend a course prior to your expiration date. You can register for courses that occur within 18 months prior to your expiration. Registering for a course that takes place after your expiry date will result in a cancellation of your registration.

By applying to participate in a TRAQ event, I authorize ISA to make my registration and contact information available to the ISA Southern Chapter.
